Stephanie Bernier
Captain of the Quebec Provincial Rugby Team
During a Rugby match with the provincial team, I partially torn my elbow ligaments. My injury called into question not only my season with the provincial and regional teams, but also my participation in the Nations Cup with the National Rugby team.
I was fortunate enough to be put in contact with Carl Berthelette and to try out the NRJ3 device for almost a month. I was initially skeptical, having tried multiple treatments in the past due to the many injuries Rugby can cause. Already after the first sessions, I noticed an improvement with the range of my movements (less swelling, less pain). My pain threshold went from 9/10 to 1/10 in less than 4 weeks, whereas this type of injury usually requires a longer stoppage.
I was finally able to participate and win the National Championships which took place June 27-30, 2013 in Vancouver. This participation secured my selection for the Nations Cup with the National Team which will take place in the United States at the end of the month. I am convinced that this technology had an important contribution in my rehabilitation. The processing time is short and the device very small, which makes it easy to use and non-restrictive.
I recommend everyone to give it a try! - Stephanie Bernier
